ScheduleDisputes & chargebacks
If you believe an error has occurred with your order — duplicate charge, incorrect package, or a billing discrepancy — please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We resolve the overwhelming majority of billing concerns within one business day.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team will be contested with documentation of your order, signed agreements, and the work performed (including any state filings and EIN issuance). Your account will be suspended pending resolution, including access to ongoing support.
