Terms of Service

Unincorporated Associations sends SMS / text messages to users who have provided explicit consent. Our use cases fall into three categories:

• Transactional messages: order confirmations, payment receipts, document delivery notifications, EIN-issuance alerts, banking-package handoff, and account changes.
• Customer support & scheduling:1:1 replies from our support team, appointment confirmations, daily 10 AM PST Q&A reminders, advisor consultation reminders, and follow-up messages on open support tickets.
• Promotional & educational updates (only with separate marketing opt-in): occasional educational content about UNAs, ROEs, new training calls, free downloads, and event announcements.

We do not use SMS for political content, prohibited financial products, or any of the categories disallowed by CTIA and major U.S. carriers.

You can opt out of SMS messages from us at any time, free of charge:

• Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one final confirmation message and then stop all SMS to that number.
• Reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT — these are recognized as opt-out keywords as well.
• Email us at info@unincorporatedassociations.com with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and the mobile number to remove.
• Reply HELP at any time to receive a help message including our contact information.

Opting out of marketing SMS does not opt you out of transactional messages required to deliver services you have ordered (e.g., order confirmations). You may also re-opt-in at any time by texting our number or submitting a new web form.

We aim to respond to all support inquiries within two business days. Urgent issues affecting your account or a pending filing are prioritized.

Standard message and data rates may apply to every SMS message you send or receive in connection with our service. The exact rate depends on:

• your mobile carrier (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.);
• your mobile plan (unlimited messaging, pay-per-message, etc.);
• whether you are roaming internationally at the time of receipt.

Unincorporated Associations does not charge you for receiving messages — any charges come directly from your carrier under the terms of your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for plan-specific details.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Specifically:

• Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and Sprint) are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected SMS messages.
• Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside our control.
• Unincorporated Associations and its carriers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the SMS service.
• We make no warranty that the SMS service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To report a delivery issue, contact your carrier first. For message-content issues from us, contact our support team using the channels listed above.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, order our services, or opt in to receive SMS messages from Unincorporated Associations. By using the site, placing an order, or providing your mobile number, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under 18 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact info@unincorporatedassociations.com and we will investigate and remove the information.

Your use of Unincorporated Associations, including all SMS messaging and any information you provide to us, is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
